This highly energizing, personal 12-week journey will help you to see how you operate creatively - you'll identify your "way of being" in relation to your self-expression. You can use this information to support your creative process - incorporating new tools into you daily life that support your artistic yearnings and by blasting through inhibiting blocks that stop you in your tracks!
This is a workshop for anyone interested expanding their creativity and for aspiring/working actors, musicians, dancers, writers, poets, painters, sculptors - it's for creative people in all walks of life!
Over the 12 weeks we will engage in writing activities and experiential activities aimed at excavating the nature of our creative process. We'll have fun, take manageable risks and meet kindred spirits!
